Not sure what to think of this guy Chris Laufman, aka Wise Blood. He does a lot of looping/layering, similar to Panda Bear, and then sings over his new creations. You can listen to his EP below or download it for free at his Bandcamp page. If you are interested, "STRT SRNS" might be my favorite track from the EP.
